Using our eight high-capacity extruders running across three shifts, we create reliable, consistent pellets designed for injection molding applications. Whether developing custom blends or reprocessing customer-supplied material, we focus on tight quality control at every stage—from material preparation to extrusion to in-house lab testing. Blending
Blending is a critical step in delivering consistent, high-performance recycled plastic. Before extrusion begins, materials are carefully sorted, mixed, and homogenized to ensure even melt flow, color consistency, and performance characteristics. By tightly controlling the blending process, we’re able to eliminate material variation and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Whether we’re prepping customer-supplied material or building a custom formulation, every blend is handled with precision to create a clean, uniform product ready for compounding and extrusion.
Toll Processing
Toll processing is about trust—and we take that seriously. When customers send us their material, they know it will be handled with care, precision, and complete transparency. From receiving and staging to blending, extrusion, and final packaging, every step is customized to meet the exact specifications requested. Our operation runs 24/5 across eight high-capacity extruders, allowing us to process large volumes efficiently without sacrificing quality.
